Dannie Jimenez Garcia
1955 - 2023
Dannie J Garcia, 67, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 20, 2023 surrounded by his family. Dannie was born in Fort Worth Texas, on August 17, 1955 to Carlos and Olivia Garcia.
He served in the USAF after High School then began a career in the cabinet and woodwork industry in the mid 70’s. Known for his knowledge and skills in creating not just cabinets but also reception desks, bookshelves, entertainment consoles, judge’s benches, city council desks, planter boxes and much more. His work can still be found to this day at Harris Hospital, All Saints, Baylor, Klabzuba Cancer Center, Hurst City Hall and many others. Dannie had a love for classic rock music and concerts as he had seen so many great bands in his time.
Dannie was preceded in death by his parents, Carlos and Olivia and his son Carlos.
He was survived by his children, Michael (Celesta), Carmen (Kas), Teresa (Dusty), and Joshua; his wife of many years Hope (Esperanza); 15 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. He was also survived by his siblings, Carlos Jr (Gloria), Rose Ann (Alfred), Ellen, Maria (Gustavo), Connie (Harold), Jesse (Maria), Eliza (Alfredo), Felix (Mary) Dominic (Stephanie) and many nephews, nieces, family and friends.
Dannie lived his life to the fullest, those that knew him, knew he was

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at Roberts-Martinez Funeral Home from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, May 31, 2023, at Roberts-Martinez Funeral at 2:00 PM.
