Maricela Chavez
1974 – 2023
Maricela Melendez Chavez went to be with the Lord on August 3, 2023, in Fort Worth, Texas. She was born on April 19, 1974, to her parents, Eustosio Melendez and Manuela Lopez also in Fort Worth, Texas.
Maricela was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend. She was loved by the many hearts she had touched. She loved gathering with her family and friends. She enjoyed gardening, being outdoors and planning family get togethers. She also loved her dog “Milo”.
Maricela was family oriented, hardworking, compassionate and kind. She would always put others needs before herself.
We lost a mother with a heart of gold, how much we miss her can never be told, she shared our troubles and helped us along, If we follow her footsteps, we will never go wrong.
Maricela is survived by her loving husband, David; her mother, Manuela; her father, Eustasio; children, Milo (dog), David, Mireya, Iliene and Maricelah; her grandchildren, Melanie, Mia, and Mateo.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at One Faith Church.
