Martin Salas Armendariz went to be with the Lord on August 2, 2023, in Fort Worth, Texas. He was born on February 10, 1966, to his parents, Carlos and Francisca Alicia Saenz Armendariz in Chihuahua, Mexico.

Martin was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He enjoyed spending time outdoors and grilling. He was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys and loved watching the games. Martin loved being surrounded by his family and friends. He also loved his dog, “boy."

He was preceded in death by his mother, Francisca Alicia Saenz Armendariz, and his sister, Maria Del Consuelo Armendariz.

Martin will be deeply and lovingly missed by his loving wife, Gloria Armendariz; his father, Carlos Armendariz; his children, Timothy Armendariz, Anthony Armendariz, Albert Garcia, Manuel Contreras, Ashley Armendariz and Christine Galvan; his siblings, Genoveva Hernandez, Elsa Lucia Davila, Manuel Davila, Carlos Armendariz, Oscar Armendariz, Francisco Javier Armendariz, Elizabeth Armendariz Reyes, Noe Armendariz, Araceli Ambriz, and Saul Armendariz; seven grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. 

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 9, 2023, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Roberts-Martinez Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, August 9, 2023, beginning at 10:00 AM followed by interment at Mount Olivet Cemetery.
