Thomas Edward Columbus 

1969 - 2023

Thomas Edward Columbus, beloved father, husband and friend, went to be with the Lord on March 16, 2023 after a strenuous battle with different medical complications.  He was born on June 3, 1969 in Kentucky to David Columbus and Joan Reece.  Thomas married the love of his life, Holly, and together shared a beautiful family.  His fatherly instincts led him to not only raising his children, but all the "adopted" children who came to know him as dad. He had a giving heart, never failing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.  Thomas loved coaching his children in their younger years, and never failed to be their biggest fan when they continued playing in high school and college.  Some of his best memories were made with a fishing pole in hand and his children by his side.  Above all, Thomas' best times were spent when he was surrounded by his family.

He has been reunited with his daughter, Madison Grace Columbus, in God's Eternal Kingdom. 

Thomas will be deeply and lovingly missed by his wife of 22 years, Holly Columbus; daughters, Chyenne Nicole, Victoria Lynn, and Leilana Marie; son, Cordel Dylan; numerous "bonus children"; and a host of extended family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a Rosary at 7:00 PM.

Interment is pending at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery.
